Chris Wiggs Background
Chris grew up in Denver and is native of Colorado. Chris acquired his interest and passion in the building business at an early age during a total remodel and major addition that his parents added to his childhood home. He was fascinated with the details during the remodel even at age 9. His inspiration for building came from his Grandfather whom he spent countless hours learning basic carpentry skills.
After college, Chris moved to Vail, Colorado where he continued working in the construction business. Five years later he moved back to Denver where he began buying, remodeling and restoring houses and eventually selling them on an investment basis. Shortly after, Chris met and married his wife, Missy. They have two children, son Riley, and daughter Shelby.
In 1995 Chris founded Wiggs Custom Homes. His first house was a scrape-off custom home in Hilltop. Chris is a true, “Custom Homebuilder”. He prides himself on never building the same home twice. He relies heavily on strong architectural design and awesome curb appeal – he knows a house can only be as good as the plans used to build it. Chris frequently uses strong architectural styles, such as English Tudor and French Country.

How Chris Works
Chris’ strong points are his management skills and intense daily supervision of his sub contractors. He watches and manages every single task and detail that goes into building a custom home. Having many years of hands on experience in framing and interior trim carpentry, Chris “desires and achieves” absolute perfection in every detail from his sub contractors. He is also very loyal thrives on the fact that he has had many of the same sub contractors for over twenty years.
Chris is an avid outdoorsman and loves to go hunting and fishing. He also enjoys all sports and coaches his son’s football and baseball teams.
